Bleeding to Death

Critical injury stage entered when a character is reduced to -1 Body Points.

When a character is reduced to -1 Body Points, they fall to the ground and begin a silent 1-minute Death Count. If left untreated for more than 1 minute, the character transitions to the Brink of Death stage. While Bleeding to Death, the character cannot speak or move except under assessment spells.

Key Rules & Mechanics

1-minute silent count before progressing to Brink of Death.
Applying First Aid pauses the Death Count while being administered.
No matter how much damage is taken, Body Points do not drop below -1.
